Delete your account and associated data
In the game, open Account & collection → Delete account & collection. Verify your identity again when requested and confirm. Completion removes cloud progress, collectibles, linked identities and hosted public exhibits. This cannot be undone.
Without the app
Use a previously linked browser sign-in method to request deletion. If you only linked native Play Games or cannot sign in on the web, email us below. We will verify ownership without asking for your password.

Email kazutokirigayakirito354@gmail.com with the subject “Lost Beacon account deletion”. Request deletion of your account and related data, and include your public player ID, sign-in method and a reply address. Do not send passwords, login tokens or full card details. You can still contact us if you cannot find your player ID.
Subscriptions and retained records
Account deletion does not automatically cancel Google Play renewals. Manage your subscription in the store; refunds follow store rules. Limited security, deletion-receipt and billing records may remain for fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations, as explained in the privacy policy. Provider deletion failures require a retry; we do not report full completion before it succeeds.
